Recap and Preview

Here are a few thoughts from the last month details for next week:

March

- Last week the CD burner volume was turned all the way down so we don't have a recording of the message. If you are the Audio Tech, get the CD cued up during
worship and make sure that the bars are "bouncing" on the LCD screen.

- We are going to start plugging the wireless equipment in on stage. The new podium is getting in the way of the transmitter and causing interference.

Next Week

- This is the first week of the month, so be ready for a monitor refresh!

- Next week is Spring Break at MLMS which means we can leave the sound system set up! We may still strike the projectors and some of the cables on stage, but FOH can stay where it is.

- Next Thursday night a group of Jehovah's Witnesses will be using the auditorium for their yearly gathering and we have offered to let them use our sound system. If anyone is free to run the board for them from 6:30p - 9:30p on Thursday, April 9th please let me know!

Observations

I also wanted to point out two people who demonstrated hearts of worship this month in the way they engaged in the service while serving:

Roxanne- Thank you for the way you worship as you mix! I glorifies God and expresses a heart of humility!

Marcia- I love the way you take detailed notes during the sermon. It can be easy to use serving as an excuse to check out mentally. Thank you for paying diligent attention!

I love you all and can't wait to serve with you next week!

Hey, just checking out the blog. Is this open to anyone to comment or is it just the sound ninjas?

The blog is open to anyone. It's mostly for the tech team, but we would love input from worship team or anyone else who stops by!

Thanks for you comment!
